The Loan Signing Agency (TLSA) is proud to announce the launch of a newly designed Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance program for notaries, developed in collaboration with Stewart Insurance. The program is now live and available to notaries in all 50 states.

This initiative represents the culmination of a multi-year vision to help elevate professionalism, clarity, and protection within the notary industry. TLSA worked closely with Stewart Insurance to provide industry insight and practical feedback during the program’s design, drawing from years of nationwide signing experience and firsthand knowledge of the risks notaries face in real-world transactions.

Important Clarification

The Loan Signing Agency is not licensed to sell, solicit, or underwrite insurance. All insurance products are offered directly through Stewart Insurance. TLSA’s role in this initiative was limited to collaboration, consultation, and program design support. Participation in the policy does not require any affiliation with TLSA.

Available to All Notaries Nationwide

The E&O insurance program is open to all notaries and signing agents, regardless of experience level, location, or relationship with TLSA. While TLSA encourages notaries to independently review the policy details and determine whether it meets their individual needs, the agency views this program as a meaningful addition to the options available in the marketplace.
