FAQS

What makes The Loan Signing Agency different from other signing services?

What makes TLSA different from other signing services? At The Loan Signing Agency (TLSA), we don’t just complete signings — we build partnerships. What sets us apart is our people-first approach, nationwide reliability, and commitment to professionalism without compromise. Unlike many signing services that treat notaries as replaceable contractors, TLSA invests in relationships. We believe strong signings start with strong notaries, so we offer coaching, training, and support to help our notaries grow — because their success is our success. For title companies, that means working with confident, accurate, and well-prepared professionals who represent your brand with excellence. TLSA is built on three pillars: Dependability – Signings happen on time, every time. Accuracy – We hold the highest standards for error-free documents. Organization – Our streamlined systems keep everyone informed and in sync. Bottom line? We’re not a middleman — we’re your signing partner.
